Responsibilities 職責
- Supervise the dim sum section's operations and control quality to ensure food meets hotel standards 監督點心部門的運營並控制質量,確保食品符合酒店標準
- Provide guidance and assistance to subordinates while monitoring the food preparation process and quality 在監控食物的準備過程和品質時,為下屬提供指導和協助
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area, ensuring proper food storage, handling methods, and cleanliness of utensils 保持工作區域的清潔,確保食品的妥善儲存、處理方法和器具的清潔
- Assist the Executive Chinese Chef in designing dim sum offerings協助行政總廚設計點心產品
- Manage daily ordering quantities and production for the dim sum section to ensure sufficient food supply 管理點心部門每日訂購的數量和製作,以確保食品供應充足
- Assist in the preparation of dim sum dishes, including portion arrangements, material handling procedures, and cleaning preparation tools 協助準備點心菜餚,包括分量安排、材料處理程序和清潔準備工具
- Collaborate closely with the Chinese kitchen department to ensure smooth operations 與中廚部門緊密合作,確保營運順利Adhere to the hotel's health and safety guidelines 遵守酒店的衞生和安全指引
- To perform any duties assigned by the Management Team deemed necessary 執行管理團隊認為必要的任何指派工作
Qualifications 資格
- Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety management systems (HACCP) 了解食品衛生和食品安全管理系統(HACCP)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively 能有效地按優先次序處理多項任務
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on culinary excellence 具備出色的問題解決能力,重點在於烹飪的卓越
- Able to work independently 能夠獨立工作
- Familiarity with kitchen operations 熟悉廚房運作
- Able to work under pressure, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment 能夠在節奏急速的環境中承受壓力工作
- Minimum 1 - 5 years of experience in hotel industry with similar positions 在酒店業相似職位至少有 1 至 5 年的工作經驗
