Responsibilities 職責
- Prepare and cook a variety of steamed dishes according to hotel standards and recipes 根據酒店標準和食譜準備和烹調各類蒸煮菜餚
- Manage ingredient preparation, ensuring proper handling and portioning for steaming processes 管理食材準備,以確保在蒸煮過程中的正確處理和分量
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area, including the proper cleaning of utensils, steamers, and cooking equipment 維持工作區域的清潔,包括正確清潔器具、蒸鍋和烹飪設備
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure dishes are perfectly steamed and flavourful 監控烹飪時間和溫度,以確保菜餚蒸煮恰到好處,且美味可口
- Collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure timely delivery of steamed dishes to the service department 與其他廚房部門協作,以確保蒸煮菜餚能及時送達服務部門
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards, adhering to hotel policies and procedures 遵循食品安全和衛生標準,並嚴守酒店政策和程序
- Assist in the development of new steamed dish offerings, including experimenting with flavours and techniques 協助開發新的蒸菜款式,包括嘗試新的口味和烹飪技巧
- Adhere to the hotel's health and safety guidelines 遵守酒店的衞生和安全指引
- To perform any duties assigned by the Management Team deemed necessary 執行管理團隊認為必要的任何指派工作
Qualifications 資格
- Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety management systems (HACCP) 了解食品衛生和食品安全管理系統(HACCP)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively 能有效地按優先次序處理多項任務
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on culinary excellence 具備出色的問題解決能力,重點在於烹飪的卓越
- Able to work independently 能夠獨立工作
- Familiarity with kitchen operations 熟悉廚房運作
- Able to work under pressure, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment 能夠在節奏急速的環境中承受壓力工作
- Minimum 1 - 5 years of experience in hotel industry with similar positions 在酒店業相似職位至少有 1 至 5 年的工作經驗
