Responsibilities 職責
- Oversee the barbecue food preparation process and ensure food quality meets hotel standards 監督燒烤食材的準備過程,以確保食物品質符合酒店的標準
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area, ensuring proper food storage, handling methods, and cleanliness of utensils 保持工作區域清潔,確保食材儲存、處理方法得當和器具的清潔
- Assist the Executive Chinese Chef in designing barbecue styles and offerings 協助行政主廚設計燒烤風格和菜單
- Manage daily ordering quantities and production for the barbecue section to ensure sufficient food supply 管理燒烤區每日的訂貨數量和生產,以確保食品供應充足
- Assist in the preparation of barbecue dishes, including portion arrangements, material handling procedures, and cleaning preparation tools 協助準備燒烤菜餚,包括分量安排、食材料處理程序和清潔準備的用具
- Follow company procedures and instructions to assist in producing the required barbecue items daily 遵循公司程序和指示,以協助製作每日所需的燒烤項目
- Adhere to the hotel's health and safety guidelines 遵守酒店的衛生和安全指引
- To perform any duties assigned by the Management Team deemed necessary 執行管理團隊認為必要的任何指派工作
Qualifications 資格
- Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety management systems (HACCP) 了解食品衛生和食品安全管理系統(HACCP)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively 能有效地按優先次序處理多項任務
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on culinary excellence 具備出色的問題解決能力,重點在於烹飪的卓越
- Able to work independently 能夠獨立工作
- Familiarity with kitchen operations 熟悉廚房運作
- Able to work under pressure, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment 能夠在節奏急速的環境中承受壓力工作
- Minimum 1 - 5 years of experience in hotel industry with similar positions 在酒店業相似職位至少有 1 至 5 年的工作經驗
