Restaurant Supervisor (5-day work week)

Job Description

  • Supporting the Restaurant Manager with the daily operations of the restaurant in breakfast buffet, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Supervise the Room Service operation process from order taking to delivery to ensure it meets hotel standards.
  • Proactively gather guest feedback and work with the team to implement improvements.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with procurement tasks by using procurement system.          
  • Maintain close communication with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirement

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in Food & Beverage /Hospitality industry
  • Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work early morning shifts
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin
