Job Description ：

• Implement business plans to lead team to achieve preset sales targets and objective.
• Generate new business for the company.
• Identify customers’ needs and match their needs with appropriate products and services.
• Provide high quality customer service and professional advise in the best interests of customers.
• Ensure sales are in compliance with the Company's policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct the sales activities within the compliance and regulatory boundaries

Requirement：

• Degree holder or above
• Good command of Cantonese, English or Mandarin
• Hold IIQE Paper 1, 3,
• With IIQE Paper 4 and 5 would be an advantage.
• With banking, insurance or sales experience in retail banking, insurance or brokerage would be an advantage.

• 持有銀行、保險經驗、銷售經驗更有優勢，(零售銀行、保險或經紀業務)。
