Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the factory’s daily operations to ensure alignment with departmental goals and operational standards.
- Support strategic factory planning and lead core operational functions including production, material control, quality assurance, logistics, warehouse management, and administration.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, safety, and compliance across all factory operations.
- Foster effective cross-functional communication and collaboration to enhance operational efficiency.
- Establish performance benchmarks, supervise team activities, and motivate staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
- Conduct regular operational reviews and explore continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and outcomes.
Job Requirements:
- Degree graduates in Food Production, Operations Management or related discipline.
- With 8 years’ experience in food manufacturing or bakery operations.
- Strong leadership, problem solving, organizational and communication skills.
- Detailed oriented, proactive with good time management and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with food safety standards(e.g. HACCP, GMP).
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and administrative procedures.
