Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the factory’s daily operations to ensure alignment with departmental goals and operational standards.
• Support strategic factory planning and lead core operational functions including production, material control, quality assurance, logistics, warehouse management, and administration.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, safety, and compliance across all factory operations.
• Foster effective cross-functional communication and collaboration to enhance operational efficiency.
• Establish performance benchmarks, supervise team activities, and motivate staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
• Conduct regular operational reviews and explore continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Degree graduates in Food Production, Operations Management or related discipline.
• With 8 years’ experience in food manufacturing or bakery operations.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Detailed oriented, proactive with good time management and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with food safety standards(e.g. HACCP, GMP).
• Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and administrative procedures.
