Senior IT Officer

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to end users of corporate office and business units
• Handle the system administration of the Windows and Server maintenance
• Provide troubleshooting to IT problems; installation, administration and support of all hardware and software products
• Develop, maintain and support web based applications
• Handle VPN and LAN network administration
• Computer-related fixed assets control and maintenance
• Responsible for data integrity, stability and availability of database system
• Set up and document procedures related to security, system shut downs and emergencies

Requirements

• Higher diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
• 3 - 5 years IT experience in Hospitality
• Knowledge of Server Operating System and MS Windows; trouble-shooting and user support; experience gained in Hotel Industry is preferred
• Experience in VPN and VoIP
• Strong communication skills
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Willing to be on call
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
