Data Management Assistant for client onboarding and account maintenance

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data input in systems for client onboarding and account maintenance with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ensure SOP are properly followed and data quality is reliable
  • Conduct basic account document review
  • Be able to meet agreed service level
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Basic understanding of account opening
  • People-oriented and a team player
  • Preferably with account opening experience in brokerage and banking Industry
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin

(Data entry test will be conducted during interview)
