Manager (Loan Guarantee Schemes - Product Development and Communication)

We are looking for high-calibre individuals who want to be part of the Product Development and Communication Team for the loan guarantee portfolio administered by HKMC Insurance Limited (HKMCI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited.

Job Descriptions

• Support product development and business initiatives, including implementation and on-going development of loan guarantee schemes to achieve corporate goals and responsibilities;
• Provide analytical and project management support for product development and implementation of business, PR, risk management and operational initiatives;
• Maintain effective verbal and written communication with both internal and external stakeholders, business counterparties and, where necessary, scheme end-users in a timely manner; and
• Undertake ad hoc assignments and projects from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in commercial and SME lending;
• Knowledge in SFGS/credit risk management in commercial lending an added advantage;
• Strong analytical and leadership skills, self-motivated, positive work attitude, detail-minded, organised, good at teamwork and excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including both Cantonese and Putonghua; and
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including proficiency in Excel with capabilities to perform data analysis.
