Community Ambassador

The Role

• Manifest the values of Asterra as an ambassador.
• Assist in managing guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Plan and prepare amenities for our tenants.
• Support in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in-rooms and common areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Resolve complaints and inquiries to achieve tenant satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in operational processes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Create a community and be engaging with our tenants.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
   

The Qualification

• A relevant degree program (e.g., Hospitality Management, Business Administration).
• Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and a sense of humour is a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Adapt to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about customer service and engagement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
