DCM Associate Director / Director-- Fixed Income Department

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with the overseas bond market and related products, responsible for providing fixed Income products and solutions to institutional investors;

2. Possesses rich client resources and network connections in the bond business field, and is capable of effectively developing and maintaining bond sales channels.

3. Responsible for the maintenance and development of various types of institutional investors, as well as the development of potential investors, etc.

4. Execute the first-level and second-level sales tasks of the department, and take the lead in responsible for the sales, inquiry and promotion work of the bond projects underwritten by the company.

5. Assist the project team in project solicitation, communicate project progress, and develop sales plans, etc.

6. Any ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Master's degree holder or above, majors in finance, economics, accounting, law, management and other related fields ;

• Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant professional experience;

• Strong communication skills and attention to details;

• Team-oriented, positive, professional, strong work ethic and able to handle multiple projects/assignments at same time;
