Head of Corporate Banking

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall strategic plan to drive and grow a new product line of Cash Management and SME Banaking services in Hong Kong.

• Develop high-quality business and regulatory plans and strategies ensuring which are aligned with Airstar Bank's short-term and long-term objectives.

• Identify and analyse industry trends, regulatory environments, product due diligence and suitability.

• Hold accountable for the team competency, goal achievement, profitability, cost control, compliance and risk management activities

• Manage recruitment, training and motivation of highly skilled teams

• Formulate and ensure business procedures and policies in comply with the relevant rules and regulations

• Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business Management, Finance or related disciplines

• 10 years management experience in financial institutions / corporate banking

• Strong business connection and experience in Hong Kong

• Strong technical knowledge of the SME Banking / Cash Management products and services

• Sound leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent business acumen, visionary and entrepreneurial in nature.
