Manager, Corporate Communications

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Chairman of the Group;
  • Lead a small team to implement corporate communications strategies and programs;
  • Collaborate closely with senior management in preparing business development plans & corporate strategies;
  • Work closely with relevant parties to develop and execute proactive corporate and media communication programs to promote the brand image and achieve business goals;
  • Oversee live streaming platforms, including Fulbright TV and act as an integral role in collaboration with spokespersons to achieve corporate communication goals and enhance goodwill;
  • Contribute to the improvement of corporate website and e-Commerce platforms, work with internal teams to provide mobile & digital marketing strategies;
  • Contribute to effective corporate and media communication including organizing media interviews and press conferences, handling media inquiries, monitoring public and media comments on the Group and maintaining good media relations;
  • Prepare marketing communications materials such as promotion leaflets, newsletter, corporate video, brochures, proposal, letter, invitation etc.;
  • Planning and implementing corporate events, CSR programs, trade shows and branding campaigns to reinforce the corporate awareness and image;
  • Co-ordinate with service providers including production houses, premium suppliers, etc.;
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Event Management;
  • Experience in financial industry would be an advantage;
  • Strong network and connection with press and media is necessary;
  • Ability to provide strategic counsel with a focus on corporate communications;
  • Good understanding of website, e-Commerce, social networking, social media technologies would be advantage;
  • Detailed minded, creative, copywriting skill, self-motivated with strong organizational skills;
  • Able to work independently and to meet tight working schedule;
  • Flexible and be able to manage changing requirements and environmental factors;
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
  • More experience will be considered as Senior Manager, Corporate Communications.
