Assistant, Loans and Credit Operations

You will be responsible for performing loan drawdown and loan maintenance of Commercial Loans and Mortgage Loans.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle Property Discharge Transactions
• Contact Solicitors for any discrepancy on Discharge Instructions
• Arrange to release Title Deeds to Solicitors
• Handle drawdown, rollover and settlement of Term Loan
• Back-up for other Loan Operational Function within / Cross Team
• Take up any ad hoc assignments from Supervisor / Manager

Incumbent Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• Minimum 1 year in bank operations, preferably related to loan operations
• Basic bank product knowledge and accounting principles
• Candidate with the qualification of Certified Banker is an advantage
