Assistant Manager, Corporate Communications

Responsibilities

  • Craft, edit and produce communication materials, including press release, corporate publication, marketing communication materials, newsletter, presentation and social media contents
  • Plan and organize CSR activities and events including staff volunteering, charitable donation and sponsorship, brand building, etc.
  • Perform daily media monitoring on Fubon Bank and the industry to keep management abreast of industry trends and issues
  • Organize corporate events and activities, such as town halls, seminars, offsite meetings and customer events
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Corporate Communications and/or the department

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Communications, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications or CSR/Sustainability in commercial setting
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua would be a plus
  • Great attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • Strong business sense and communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal clients. GBA exposure is an asset.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Self-motivated team player with strong project management skill
