Assistant Manager to Manager, Risk Control & Support, Private Banking Department

Job Responsibilities

• Perform regular review on banking, investment and insurance transactions to ensure the transactions conducted by PBD OIC to comply with regulatory requirement and internal procedure
• Prepare monthly reports for any deviation is noted in the regular review
• Perform quarterly review on Life Insurance Policy Replacement and Frequent Transaction to identify and abnormal application
• Perform quarterly review on Customer Risk Profile to ensure the transactions conducted by PBD OIC to comply with regulatory requirement and internal procedure
• Assist to review the investment and insurance selling process to ensure this is complied with regulatory requirements 
• Assist to provide support for Internal Audit and Compliance review preparation
• Assist to review related document for new account opening / Periodic review / Trigger event

Job Requirements

• University degree with major in Finance, Economic, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of related experiences in banking industry, preferable from private banking
• Familiar with the latest regulatory requirement and industry standards on selling investment and insurance products 
• Self-motivated, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Senior Officer grade
