Responsibilities:
●Strong insurance product knowledge with insurance advisory experience is preferable
●Close liaison with branches to prepare district insurance sales plans and sales activities
●Closely review high net worth clients' portfolios by providing appropriate insurance solutions to enhance clients' experience
●Implement professional and strategic planning to boost sales revenue in order to achieve insurance goals
●Be a positive team member of wealth management sales team and build effective working relationship with branches other teams
●Develop insurance sales capacity, sales coaching, training and sales advisory support
●Ensure self and team acivities are complying with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
●University degree level or above in related subjects
●Qualifications in IIQE and insurance related license is required; CFA, CFP, FRM is preferable
●At least 5 years related banking or insurance related field experience
●Excellent communication and presentation skill
●Possess rich insurance selling experience and strong influencing skill
●Fluent in Cantonese, English and Good in Mandarin
