Job Responsibilities

Close liaison with Branches to prepare the sales plans and sales activities
Review tactical and strategic plans to boost the sales revenue in order to achieve year end assigned target wthin regulatory framework
Develop the sales capacity, sales coaching, training and sales advisory support
Manage the sales force with the aim to achieve sales target performance
Obtain a thorough understanding of the Hong Kong regulatory framework, in particular related investment ordinances and guidelines issued by the HKMA and SFC to ensure frontline compliance
Closely monitor high net worth clients’ portfolios to continue enhance customer’experience

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics or other related discipline; CFA, CFP, FRM holders are preferable
At least 4 years' related working and field experience with solid knowledge on investment and insurance products
Excellent communication skill and presentation skill, with strong influencing skill and analytical skill
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Fluent in Cantonese, English and good in Mandarin
