Product Pricing Specialist (Consumer Finance Department)

Responsibilities:

1.產品週期管理

1.End-to-End Product Management
主導個人貸款及信用卡產品的全流程管理，涵蓋市場調研、需求分析、產品設計、定價策略、風險評估及產品上線後優化。
Lead the full lifecycle of personal loan and credit card products, covering market research, demand analysis, product design, pricing strategy, risk assessment, and post-launch optimization.
推動數位化管道整合（如網上銀行、移動端應用），提升客戶體驗。
Drive digital channel integration (e.g., online banking, mobile apps) to elevate customer experience.

2.跨部門協同運作

2.Cross-Functional Collaboration
協同風險管理、IT、市場及合規團隊，確保產品競爭力與嚴格合規性。
Partner with risk management, IT, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure competitive positioning and strict regulatory adherence.
制定高效且合規的運營政策與操作流程。
Establish operational policies/procedures for efficiency and compliance.

3.績效監控與合規管理

3.Performance & Compliance Oversight
通過數據分析跟蹤產品關鍵績效指標（KPI），優化策略以實現業務目標。
Monitor product KPIs through data analytics, refining strategies to achieve business objectives.
確保業務符合香港金管局指引、內部政策及國際監管要求。
Ensure alignment with HKMA guidelines, internal policies, and global regulations.

Requirements:

1.經濟、金融、市場行銷等相關專業本科及以上學歷。

1.Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.

2.3年以上銀行/金融機構從業經驗，具備個人貸款/信用卡產品經驗。

2.3+ years in banking/financial services, with hands-on experience in personal loan/credit card product management.

3.在信用風險模型開發、市場趨勢分析及香港金融管理局（HKMA）監管框架遵循方面具備豐富的專業知識。

3.Proven expertise in credit risk models, market trends, and HKMA regulatory frameworks.

4.具備較強的問題解決能力及責任感，能在資源有限情況下優先處理任務。

4.Strong problem-solving skill and responsible, able to prioritize the jobs with limited resources.

5.溝通及執行能力突出，注重高質量成果，抗壓能力強並能按時完成任務。

5.Strong communication skills and execution skill with high quality outcome, can work under pressure to complete the task on time.

6.中英文書寫及口語流利，精通普通話。

6.Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
