Responsibilities
- Assist in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of branch management system and procedure and provide support to branches in all operational issues
- Assist in coordinating and liaising with relevant departments and vendors for development and enhancement in system and platform to support branch management control
- Conduct use acceptance testing for projects involving system enhancements as directed by managers
- Provide system related support to branch staff after implementation of system projects/enhancements
- Compile control and operation reports
- Support branch daily operation process and user account maintenance
- Support managers to develop/update procedures to be in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Post-secondary or above;
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking sector covering the following:
- Sound knowledge in branch operations, products and services;
- Good understanding of relevant branch policies, procedures, practices, rules and compliance requirements;
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
