Floor Supervisor 樓層督導

Responsibilities

• Responsible for checking and monitoring the cleaning standard at guest rooms, floors and public area
• Attend to requests and complaints of concerning guest rooms
• To ensure the quality preparation of VIP rooms
• Providing training to subordinates and new staff
• Liaise with Front Office and Engineering Department to comply with guest and hotel requirements

Requirements

• 2 years or above hotel related working experience
• Form 5 or above
• Shift duty is required
• Customer-oriented with strong communication sklls and interpersonal skills
• Able to perform administrative tasks and knowledge of MS Office applications

職責

• 負責監察及督導房務清潔工作，確保酒店客房、樓層及公眾地方達到酒店標準衛生水平
• 協助處理有關客房的請求和投訴
• 確保VIP房間設置準備妥當
• 提供培訓予下屬及新入職員工
• 與前線部門保持緊密溝通，以滿足客人及酒店所需

要求

• 2年或以上酒店相關工作經驗
• 中五程度或以上
• 需輪班工作
• 以客為先並具有良好的溝通及交際能力
• 懂文書處理及運用試算表軟體
