We are looking for a talent to:

• Assist in project launch preparation including preparation of relevant property sales documents, organizing sales brochures and sales suites, etc.
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Coordinate on show flat design and arrange sales office logistics
• Liaise with property agencies to facilitate sales activities and transactions
• Provide property hand-over and after-sale services to customers

Basic requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, marketing or related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years’ property sales experience; preferably with experience from developers
• Solid knowledge of first-hand residential property ordinance is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interface with customers and work as a team player.
• Well-organized, customer-oriented and attentive to details is preferred
