Associate Officer - Customer Services

Responsibilities:

• Lead the concierge team and monitor the work performance.
• Able to work independently according to company's procedure
• To understand customers' need and effectively respond to customer's enquiries, demands or relay to relevant parties
• Work with Estate Management team to raise constructive suggestions to superiors to improve quality of living of residents

Requirements:

• Post-secondary level or Tertiary education,
• Minimum 3 years related working experience, with 1 years supervisory experience
• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality will be an advantage
• Holder of Security Personnel Permit is a must.
• Team-player, pleasant and passionate in community involvement
• Well interpersonal and communication skills with residents, owners. public members etc.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge in MS Office. Familiar with design software will be an advantage

Work Location: Discovery Bay
