We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Red Sugar based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!
As an Assistant Manager – Red Sugar, we rely on you to:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bar; co-ordinate with the Chef in sections appointed on planning of promotions, menu, budget control and staff trainings
- Provide leadership and direction to staff in delivering excellent service in line with Hotel service standards and exceed guests’ expectations
- Create new ideas and recommend changes to constantly improve our service standards
- Ensure that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned for prolong usage
- Ensure general maintenance of sections appointed and follow up on work order forms with Engineering Department
- Ensure that staff are aware of and apply the procedures concerning Hotel fire and life safety / emergency procedures
- Review guest feedback / critique forms / log books on operational issues / P&L statement
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience; with 2 years of experience in supervisory level at large scale of restaurant operation
- Innovative and strong sense of market trends
- Business-oriented and service-oriented with outgoing personality
- Presentable with strong leadership skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
