Responsible to meet, make introduction and ensure that all arrangement and requirements are gathered with the function host prior to event.
Read and analyse banquet event order plan in order to gather member's requirements, communicate proper set up and also give attention to any special guest needs.
Establish and improve the repurtation of the Club by offereing a very personalized style of service as per the Club's standard operating procedures.
Make regular visits to the event and check with hosts to ensure that everything's proceeding as planned.
Job requirements
Degree holder or Higher Diploma holder in Hospitality Management / Event or MICE Management or relevant disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event sales.
Sound knowledge in food & beverage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Out-going personality, sales-oriented and self-motivated.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
