Guest Experience Officer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Guest Experience Officer to join our dynamic hospitality team. If you have a passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily Front Desk operation including check-in/out services
  • Ensure that all tasks from the Guest Experience checklist are completed on a daily basis. Send relevant information and reports (such as VIP) to the relevant department
  • To manage the flow of incoming calls and emails when required
  • To meet and greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner assisting with rooming

Requirements: 

  • Higher Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • 1 year of relevant working experience gained from hotel or service industry preferred
  • Guest service oriented and good communication skills
  • Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with strong interpersonal skills
