職責

• 及時回應及解決住戶查詢及投訴
• 協助住宅座頭訪客登記
• 協助簡單文書處理及記錄

要求

• 持有有效保安員證及QAS證書
• 最少1年相關住宅客戶服務工作經驗
• 能主動積極、細心應對問題
• 具1 年港鐵住宅物業經驗優先
