職責

• 協助管理及監督駐場保安團隊, 確保提供優質保安服務
• 編排保安團隊值勤表
• 與住戶及物業管理團隊緊密定期檢討保安安排, 並提出改善建議
• 提供恆常培訓
• 確保遵守所有相關保安標準
• 按需要執行其他相關職責

要求

• 持有有效保安員證及QAS證書
• 最2 年管理港鐵住宅物業保安團隊經驗優先
• 良好的領導及人員管理技巧
• 卓越的溝通及協調能力, 能與不同持份者有效合作
• 良好的英語及中文書寫及溝通能力
• 尚有其他崗位空缺歡迎查詢
