Business Excellence Executive

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the business improvement activities to achieve company strategic objectives and KPI targets
• Providing coach and guidance for improvement initiatives
• Assisting in monitoring the progress of improvement activities progress such as improvement communication, improvement project delivery and improvement training.
• Assisting to implement technology and digital solutions and their enhancements to achieve operational excellence.

 
Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or related disciplines
• Analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Knowledge in lean sigma or problem solving is an advantage
• Proactive, action-oriented and approachable team-player
• Knowledge in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
