Job Description:
- Handle enquiries and follow up requests from designated clients
- Work closely with Manager to deliver quality service and sales support to clients
- Follow up with other Departments to gather data for utilization report
- Set up/update Online Sign Up/Sign Off Lists
- Own the Contract Renewal Report of the team with status update
- Assist in the implementation of sales activities and provide sales support functions
- Handle special assignments from time to time
- Cater the project requested by the client
- Attend meeting with clients in the renewal process or service review
- Back up of teammates
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Around 1-2 years relevant experience in healthcare or medical insurance company
- Independent, customer-oriented & attention to details
- Excellent command of written and verbal communications skills, especially Chinese & English
- Teamplayer who is detail-minded and can work under pressure in a flexible environment
