Job Description
The candidate is expected to work independently within Private Wealth Management, Business Management Department; and shall collaborate with Sales Team, Product Team, Middle Office in Hong Kong Branch, IT & Finance Teams from Head Office. The key objective is to support front line staff on multiple areas and handle inquiries in order to achieve business targets.
Responsibilities
- To keep track of run-rate, business target and KPI management
- To organize and coordinate Hong Kong Branch, Head Office and multiple Mainland branches communications and project management
- To coordinate resources allocation, organize and launch marketing activities to achieve customer growth and to enhance performance
- To assist in formulating solutions to enhance Mobile APP platform
- To act as the first contact person in handling client inquiries in a timely manner, managing FAQ for Hong Kong Branch and Mainland client support service centre
- To comply with internal and external regulatory requirements e.g. Code of Banking Practice; and update policies and procedures accordingly
- To perform any ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting discipline
- Minimum 2 years of related experience, preferably within banking industries
- Familiar with MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint tools
- Proactive, innovative and creative
- Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua; proficient in Chinese and English writing.
