The Repulse Bay is seeking for a Restaurant Supervisor to support the daily operation of the Food & Beverage team.

Key Accountabilities
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations by supervising Captains, Receptionists, Senior Servers, Servers, Trainees and Casual staff; delegate tasks effectively and provide on-the-job coaching
- Conduct pre-service briefings and participate in daily Food & Beverage meetings to align the team on specials, service flow and any operational updates
- Ensure menus and beverage lists are accurately described, visually appealing and promptly updated to reflect any changes
- Assist Manager (as appropriate to outlet) in administrative duties, including records management, guest profiles, stock and maintenance requisitions, and staff scheduling.
General Requirements
- With a minimum of 2 years in similar position within a 5-star environment, with experience in Banquet or Western cuisines experience
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, people management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
