Assistant Manager, Cross-boundary Proposition & Strategies - Cross-boundary Business Development

Responsibilities

• To develop cross-boundary proposition and GBA strategies
• To prepare presentations on write-ups about cross-boundary strategies, proposition, business plans and performance for cross-boundary initiatives 
• To consolidate data and regular updates on market trends, regulations, policies and peer development
• To conduct data analysis and make creative marketing proposals to support management decisions
• To organize sharing events & facilitate knowledge and best practice sharing

Requirements

• University graduate, preferably in Finance, Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in marketing, public relations, preferably in banking industry
• Experience and understanding on banking and financial services industry, and market trends across GBA
• Ability to work independently with or without direction and/or supervision as well as in a collaborative teaming environment
• Ability to prioritize and multitask. Flexible and adaptable in work approach
• Proven ability in working across multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural diverse work environments
• Strong business acumen and presentation skill
• Fluent in English & Mandarin, both written and spoken
