The Repulse Bay is seeking for a Section Head to supervising and planning food production and service for Spices, a Southeast Asian Cuisine.

Key Accountabilities
- Ensure high standard and quality of the dish. Check the food quality and temperature before serving.
- Demonstrate creativity and innovation in food preparation.
- Train and supervise Junior and Senior Cooks (A & B) on daily tasks.
- Support cost control efforts and reduce food wastage.
- Ensure high level of hygiene and cleanliness in kitchen. Stictly follow all hygiene standard of the company.
General requirements
- Certificate holder of Food and Beverage Operations in VTC or other institutes.
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
- Fluent of English is preferable.
