About the role
This new and exciting role provides an opportunity to build a vibrant fitness community that fosters motivation, support, and camaraderie among Members.
Other than building an offering for personal and group training, the core objective will be to create a welcoming environment where individuals of all fitness levels, can connect, share their journeys, and achieve their goals together. The Fitness Manager will therefore play a pivotal role in enhancing Member engagement and satisfaction, largely through group-based initiatives. These will not only promote healthier lifestyles but also cultivate a lasting sense of belonging at the Club, resulting in a more connected membership that thrives on collaboration and mutual encouragement.
