主要職責 Job Description

• 負責編排餐枱以達高效率及暢順營運 Responsible for table arrangement to ensure smooth restaurant operation
• 接聽顧客查詢, 處理預訂並確保預留位置擺設妥當 Answer telephone enquiries, handle reservations and confirm daily booking, ensure that tables are set before clients’ arrival
• 提供優質服務並以專業方式提供餐飲服務予賓客 Provide high quality service standard and provide recommendations on food and beverage items in a professional manner to our restaurant guests

工作要求Job Requirements

• 中五或以上程度及至少1年相關經驗 Form 5 or above with 1 year relevant experience
• 性格外向和充滿活力，具有良好的客戶服務、人際交往和溝通技巧Outgoing and energetic personality, with good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• 良好英語與中文溝通能力; 具普通話溝通能力者優先 Good command of spoken English and Chinese; knowledge in Mandarin a plus
• 合資格在香港工作 Eligible to work in Hong Kong
