STS as a key driver of the bank's day-to-day supply chain, delivers commercial value in all aspects of procurement, we understand the bank's operational and procurement needs, and structure comprehensive solutions that ensure efficient and excellent operations.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Sourcing Manager, reporting to Head of Procurement.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement strategic plans for IT procurement to optimize costs and ensure efficient operations in line with the company's goals 
• Lead the IT procurement source-to-contract processes covering IT hardware, software, and service. 
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and support to evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, timely delivery, and compliance with company policies. 
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their technology procurement needs and provide guidance and support throughout the procurement process and contract life cycle. 
• Support / lead other procurement activities and ad doc tasks as required. 

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Global Sourcing, Supply Chain disciplines is preferred 
• Minimum of 3 years’ solid experience in procurement fields. 
• Experience with IT procurement including sourcing technology solutions, hardware, software and implementation services is an advantage. 
• Strong in contract negotiation, supplier sourcing and management 
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders. 
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English. 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
