Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily hygiene inspections in all kitchens and outlets involved
- Coordinate with related departments to implement corrective actions for the non-conformance (NC) noted during daily hygiene inspection
- Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of the Food Safety Management System in the operations
- Maintain food & work safety documentation and records
- Conduct monthly hygiene training for food handlers
- Support ad hoc assignments when required
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Food Science or related disciplines
- Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Independent, detail-oriented, and good self-motivated
- Able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in PC knowledge (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
