ASSISTANT GUEST SERVICES MANAGER/ GUEST SERVICES OFFICER

You will be working for a 298-room hotel, which is only a 3-minute walk from Tuen Mun MTR station. We opened on 26 July 2017 and would like you to join us as one of our penta team members.

Ready to join penta?
If you

• have a minimum of five years’ experience in hotel front office operations, with at least two years at supervisory level; 
• if you completed a bachelor’s degree in hotel management, business management or the equivalent;
• if you have excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills;
• you’re proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• if you enjoy wearing jeans to work and eat pressure for breakfast, then we want you at penta!
• Candidates who have completed a training course in or graduated from hotel management, along with lesser relevant experience in Front Office, may be considered for the position of Guest Services Officer.
