Client Services Officer (Financial Institutions)

  • Responsible for providing overall administrative support to the Financial Institutions department
  • Coordinate with clients and handle the enquiries in order to assist relationship management team with banks and non-bank financial institutions
  • Handle account opening, remittance, anti-money laundering and ensure the daily operations are in compliance
  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in global financial institutions
  • Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • High language proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must
