Assistant Reception Manager - Wing Restaurant

Responsibilities:

• Maintains quality service standards for hosting our guests cordially and graciously, thereby creating a memorable experience and building customer loyalty.
• Assist in managing all the administrative support for the hosting team, such as co-ordinate reservation orders & deposit payments, handling the flow of incoming calls, enquiries, and emails to guests.
• Keep records of guests' preferences and follow up on the administrative paperwork.
• Communicate with the floor and kitchen team about the guests’ bookings, needs, and complaints.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in the same position at a fine dining restaurant.
• Degree / Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
• Proficient in handling clerical duties and using Microsoft Office with Chinese typing.
• Excellent communication skills and must be service-oriented.
• Fluent in speaking both English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• Pleasant, detail-oriented, presentable, confident with an outgoing personality, and able to work under pressure.
