Business Compliance Manager – Retail Banking [Ref no: BCMRB-CN]

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, review and implement the compliance programmes especially in retail business in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the bank and regulatory bodies;
• Collaborate with other business units to review compliance issues in order to address and meet regulatory or business changes;
• Perform regular training programmes to retail banking;
• Gather system requirements and engage in UAT for system enhancement;
• Participate in various projects and monitor project progress;
• Provide business support to retail banking to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in retail banking;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization;
• Proven experience in project management would be an advantage;
• Detail-minded with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, able to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Compliance Manager.
