Manager, Payment Solution (Consumer Finance Department)

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the roadmap for offline payment products to achieve the best merchant experience.

- Manage product development process to enrich the product capability and achieve product-market fit.

- Work with different business units to define the go-to-market plan, manage project progress and deliverables.

- Work with the product and technology team to communicate business requirements, design and timelines. 

- Assist in merchant's and partner's technical on boarding process

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above in Information Technology or related fields

- 5+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Business Analysis for payment products and solutions

- Solid knowledge of the industry, business operations. Determine the feasibility of the project through a business perspective, and communicate product's requirements to a technical staff

- Proactive, able to work independently, good communication skills to stakeholders at different levels

- Experience in payment gateway and API integration is highly preferred

- Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
