We are looking for talented individuals who enjoy working in a refined restaurant environment with an open kitchen setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Assist the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and ambiance.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Support staff development and performance evaluations.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion. Foster a welcoming and refined atmosphere.
- Service Excellence: Uphold fine dining service protocols, ensuring consistency in table settings, etiquette, and presentation.
- Reservation & Seating Management: Oversee reservation systems and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor stock levels of service-related items (e.g., linens, glassware, menus) and coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely replenishment.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards as well as company policies and local regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same role within a fine dining restaurant setting is required.
- Good Supervisory and leadership skills, and able to monitor all juniors and casual workers.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and work within a team.
- Excellent judgment, problem solving and ability to handle complaints and comments.
- Hong Kong resident only.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
