Job Description

職位描述

• Daily maintenance of water and electricity systems, fire protection, and HVAC equipment.
  日常水電維修保養工作，消防系統及一般冷氣設備維修保養工作
• Execute assigned tasks from the Director
  履行主管指派的其他職務。
• Maintain comprehensive work records, checking of material lists, and inspection reports.
  定期撰寫工作記錄, 檢查物料清單及檢查報告。

Qualifications and Skills

資格與技能

• Possesses relevant technical and construction safety training certifications, and a minimum of one year of applicable work experience.
  持有相關的技術訓練證書及建造業安全訓練證明書,並具最少1年相關工作經驗
• Holds a Class B electrical engineering registration certificate.
• 持有B級電業工程人員註冊證明書
• Fluent in Cantonese, Fair in English, and Mandarin.
  精通廣東話、一般普通話及英語。
