We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As a Guest Relations Officer, we rely on you to:
- Understand guest preference and provide quality services
- Greet all VIP guests and bit farewell, and provide a smooth and seamless check in and check out experience
- Handle guests’ inquiries and actively collect feedback from guests
- Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to Hotel’s policies and procedures
We are looking for someone who has:
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year experience in the Hotel or Service Industry
- Self-motivated and well-organized
- Outgoing, customer oriented and self motivated individual
- Strong communications skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of spoken English and Putonghua
