Contract Assistant Manager, Operating and Settlement Services (til mid-Dec 2025)

Job Summary:

To perform settlements of investment products (e.g. corporate actions, monthly dividend payment, savings plan, etc.).  He/she is also required to support various ad-hoc assignments, preparation of weekly/monthly statistics reports, commission rebate, results of promotion programs and financial data.

What you will be doing:

·       Create product in Investment Account System

·       Execution input for branches’ orders via Investment Account System

·       Perform daily settlement activities of various investment products

·       Create payment instructions/corporate actions in Investment Account System

·       Perform SAFE transactions

·       Reconciliation monthly statement

·       Assist in UAT project

What we are looking for:

·       Associate degree or above

·       1-2 years working experience in financial institutions

·       Good knowledge of PC skills including MS Word, Excel
