Guest Services Agent 酒店前堂服務員

Responsibilities:

  • Provide check-in and check-out services for guests
  • Greet and welcome guests, and respond guests’ enquiries in a professional manner
  • Assist in daily operation at Front Desk

Requirements:

  • Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Diploma holder or Certificate in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
  • Outgoing, customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Knowledge of PMS (e.g. Opera / Cambridge) would be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered

Kwai Hing

  • 負責前堂部的日常運作,包括迎接客人,回答客人查詢,辦理入住和退房手續等
  • 為客人提供有效率,禮貌及專業的服務

工作要求

  • 良好的粵語,英語及普通話書面和口語能力
  • 香港中學文憑/中五程度或以上,酒店相關培訓課程文憑/證書優先
  • 性格開朗,具有良好溝通能力
  • 熟悉酒店管理系統 (例如Opera, Cambridge)者優先
  • 歡迎應屆畢業生申請
