Assistant Building Services Inspector (CE/ABSI-ARFSAD)

The Job:
The incumbent is responsible for the site inspection of all building services, electrical and mechanical services works. He / She is also required to prepare the relevant documents for site inspections of the BS / E&M services installations and to monitor the site work progress of the BS / E&M services installations.


Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; and
• Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSE or Grade "E" in HKCEE, or equivalent; and
• At least three (3) years’ relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building services installation
• Attendance of the following safety training is an advantage:-
  •   Occupation Safety and Health Management Course;
  •   Basic Accident Prevention Course;
  •   Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card); and
  •   Certified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces.
