Assistant Manager, Personal Loan (Product Development)

Responsibilities

• Assist on the enhancement of existing product features, process flow, system and documentations for loan products
• Assist on system change request and conduct related system testing related to loan products
• Co-ordinate and work with internal and external parties on program execution and end-to-end product development for new product launch / revamp
• Conduct post marketing evaluation related to marketing programs, and make recommendations on products / services per evaluation result, market trends and customer’s feedback
• Prepare training materials for product updates / promotion
• Arrange payment and purchase order related to all marketing promotion

Requirements

• University degree holder in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 2 years' experience in the banking or finance sector with good knowledge of personal loan products
• Relevant working experience at business administration is preferred
• Well-versed in the basic structures of retail loan products and related procedure & system operations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese / English word processing
• Proficient in both written & spoken Chinese & English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
